We’re looking for a responsible manager for The Lockhouse, near Paddington. We aren’t your typical pub and we’re looking for people who aren’t your typical team member. In return we can offer you free meals on shift, every Sunday off and plenty of training and development if you want it. Our busiest times are Monday to Friday and we are looking for people who have a passion for delivering great experiences to guests.

The Lockhouse
The Lockhouse is in the bustling Merchant Square area, right on the side of the Canal in Paddington. We are easily accessible by National Rail, Circle, District, Bakerloo, and Elizabeth line. We aren't your typical boring old pub; we offer three large areas where we host many large parties throughout the week. As well as TVs, we show all live sports using TNT Sports.
Looking for a hospitality job while still having some weekend flexibility? We are closed on Sundays and have our busiest days primarily Monday-Friday.

What we look for in a manager:
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service every time. You'll have a friendly, outgoing personality and enjoy working as part of a team.
Our ideal manager is someone who can lead by example and hold team members accountable to the same high standards. We're also looking for someone with strong business acumen, including experience managing GP%, stock control, ordering, and staff scheduling. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, running shifts, handling cash, and controlling labour costs. xcunqrw
