Role Overview

The Assistant Head Housekeeper will play a key leadership role within our housekeeping team, supporting the Cluster Head Housekeeper in maintaining exceptional standards across all guest rooms and public areas.

This role combines operational responsibility with people leadership, ensuring our guests enjoy a consistently high-quality experience while fostering a motivated, well-trained housekeeping team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deputise for the Cluster Head Housekeeper across all three properties.
• Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping team members to achieve excellence in cleanliness and presentation.
