Responsibilities: Here's what your journey with us entails:
- To handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards, conforming to cash handling procedures at all times.
- Be knowledgeable about the daily operations/classes in the club.
- To handle all messages and/or mail in the correct manner, ensuring confidentiality of guest/member information at all times.
- To ensure that personal appearance and company/hotel grooming standards are complied with at all times.
- To maintain tidiness in all Club areas and to maintain a tidy, safe and clean appearance of the Club and ancillary areas.
- To ensure that the fitness equipment, fabric, furniture and fittings are maintained in an operational, clean and tidy condition at all times.
- To assist with general duties in the Club, to ensure the smooth running of the department
- To ensure that all monies are held in a proper manner, recorded and locked away in accordance with company standards.
Safety and Company Policies:
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Support the team to reach common goals.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
