This role can be based in either Dunblane or Dundee. It is fixed term for 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Role Overview:

To drive and manage conference, events and group sales and confirmed bookings, ensuring exceptional service delivery from enquiry to execution. Key support to the GCE Manager, this role plays a key part in maximising revenue, efficient coordination, and outstanding client relationship management while delivering exceptional client experiences across all conference and event spaces.

Specific Tasks

• Support the GCE Manager with the day-to-day leadership, development and performance of the Events & Groups team.
• Convert group, meeting and event enquiries into confirmed bookings, maximising revenue opportunities across bedrooms, meeting rooms and event spaces.
