Spa Manager

The Spa Manager is responsible for spearheading the opening and day-to-day operations of a world-class spa in a five-star hotel environment. This role requires a dynamic leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional spa hospitality expertise, and a proactive approach to delivering luxury experiences. The Spa Manager will oversee all aspects of spa operations, including guest satisfaction, financial performance, team development, and compliance with five-star service protocols.

Operational Leadership

• Launch and oversee the spa's opening, ensuring alignment with five-star hotel standards & Brand partner.

• Develop and implement operational protocols & procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience as well as consistency in service delivery and operational processes.

• Maintain the highest standards for spa services, cleanliness, safety, and professionalism.

• Proactively address operational challenges and develop solutions to enhance efficiency.
