Experience with letting rooms would be advantageous, as you'll play an important role in maximising revenue opportunities and delivering exceptional experiences for both guests and residents.

About the role

As Assistant Manager, youll be at the heart of the pub, leading from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences and ensuring every shift runs smoothly. Youll set the standard on service, support your team to perform at their best, and create an environment where guests feel welcomed and want to return.

Alongside this, youll play a key role in driving the business forward, supporting sales, managing labour and stock effectively while maintaining high operational standards. With the confidence to take ownership in the GMs absence, youll balance people, performance, and results in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.
