As a  Head Housekeeper  at Crerar Hotels, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team to maintain our high cleanliness standards. In this hands-on role, you will lead by example, ensuring exceptional attention to detail and anticipating guests' needs at every opportunity. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, working within a budget while continuously finding ways to improve productivity.

Your key duties will include managing the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong communication with the hotel team. With your leadership skills and passion for maintaining a pristine environment, youll ensure that every guest enjoys an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
