Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager As an integral part of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager in the seamless day-to-day running of the hotel.

Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations Leading, supporting and guiding team members across the hotel Assisting with training and onboarding new staff Maintaining high standard of service and presentation Ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out Your personality, experience and qualifications You will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel and while direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector.
