Ensure bedrooms and common areas are maintained to the highest-level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Assist the Head Housekeeper with linen counts, distribution, storage, etc.

Keep all housekeeping back of house areas tidy and efficiently stocked.

Ensure that all procedures and policies concerning COSHH, and the use of chemicals and cleaning products are practiced at all times.

Follow the hotel’s guest relations policy, including politely addressing our guests at all times and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

Supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping team while maintaining quality and operational standards.
