Candidate Profile
The role of the  Spa Butler  is responsible for the daily presentation and cleanliness of the Spa, areas including: changing rooms, wet side facilities and back of house areas. The Spa Butler is also responsible for collecting amenities and Food & Beverages for all Spa guests. You will participate in spa rota, ensuring flexibility according to the needs of the business.

You will have a flexible approach to requests and tasks during the launch of the spa and thereafter to help achieve overall success on the project.
Key Requirements
The ideal  Spa Butler  candidate would be able to demonstrate the following attributes
Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa
Excellent command of the English language and a second language would be preferred
Show drive for Excellent Customer Service
Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
Please note this role requires an element of manual handling
