Night Supervisor - Join a Stunning Coastal Resort in Hayling Island, Portsmouth
£13.21 per hour | Permanent Nights | Great Benefits & Career Progression
Looking for your next step in hospitality? We're recruiting a Night Supervisor to join a beautiful resort in Hayling Island, Portsmouth on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the hotel during the night, leading the overnight operation while delivering an exceptional guest experience. If you thrive in a hands-on leadership role and enjoy working independently, this will be the perfect opportunity for you.
What'sin it for you?
- £13.21 per hour
- Permanent contract with 32-40 hours per week
- Night shifts from 10:30pm to 7:00am

- Lead the overnight operation, ensuring the hotel runs smoothly and safely throughout the night
- Inspire and support the night team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Welcome guests, oversee late check-ins and early departures, and handle guest enquiries
- Carry out security checks and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Resolve guest issues confidently and professionally
- Complete the night audit and overnight reporting accurately
Ensure public areas remain clean, presentable and guest-ready - Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations
- Work closely with other departments to maintain exceptional service standards
- Previous experience in a Night Supervisor, Night Porter or similar hotel role
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for guest service
- The confidence to make decisions and work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good computer literacy
- Knowledge of the Guestline system is preferred but not essential
- Flexibility to work a Monday to Sunday night rota
