Delaware North UK is hiring casual Concessions Food and Beverage opportunities for Till Operators to join our team at the Stadium of Light, in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. As a Till Operator, you will be delivering first-class guest experiences in a top-tier venue with dedication, precision, and passion.

Contract Type:
Casual.

Working Hours:

Casual 4+ hour shifts, including evenings and weekends; flexibly working part-time for the biggest events and match days, with opportunities to pick up extra shifts that suit your lifestyle.

Pay: £14.68 / hour.

• Experience in a dynamic workplace hosting major national and international sporting events and concerts, including The Lads at Sunderland A.F.C. in Premier League football, and Take That taking the stage, as well as a range of exciting meetings and events and plenty more still to come in 2026

• Provide positive, outstanding guest experience as the face of our concessions, highlighting special promotions and skilfully upselling our diverse range of food and beverage products, using strong verbal communication skills
• Keep the till area tidy, organised, and well-stocked at all times
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, maintaining Delaware North's standards of excellence

• No experience or degree required
• Relevant experience is beneficial
• Skills in communication, teamwork, and guest service

• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Comfortable handling various alcohol and certain meat products
• Availability to attend shifts for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of roles
