We are seeking a warm, friendly, and motivated Hospitality Assistant to join our village food, beverage, and hospitality team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring our residents, visitors, and customers have memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver food, beverage, and retail services to RVG standards, maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
- Provide residents and visitors with a warm and professional welcome, anticipating and meeting their hospitality needs.
- Handle enquiries, issues, and complaints courteously and efficiently, escalating when necessary.
- Work effectively as part of the village team to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships with residents.
- Contribute ideas for improving menus, services, and operational processes.
- Support the achievement of food and beverage revenue targets using established systems and processes.
- Maintain and update personal skills, accreditations, and knowledge of industry best practices.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
