JOB ROLE:Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment? Join our Food & Beverage team and play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests while contributing to the achievement of our service excellence goals.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of exciting outlets, including Cast Iron Restaurant, Discovery Bar, In Room Dining, Banqueting, and the Executive Club Lounge
, gaining valuable experience in multiple areas of hospitality operations.
What you'll be doing:

• Deliver outstanding food and beverage service, ensuring every guest enjoys a high-quality dining experience.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Work flexibly across all Food & Beverage outlets, maintaining high standards and exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
• Ensure orders are delivered accurately and efficiently, providing seamless service from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling and promoting additional products and services.
• Process guest bills accurately and in line with established policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while supporting the department in achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.
