Hours- Approx. 4-5 days per week
- Includes weekends, bank holidays, and evening patrols/on-call duties
- Flexibility required during busy periods

Role PurposeTo assist in the day-to-day running of our 5-star, award-winning, family-friendly touring park. The successful applicant(s) will provide exceptional customer service, maintain high standards across the site, and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of all facilities.
Key Responsibilities Guest Services- Manning reception/shop, answering calls, emails, and handling bookings (online and telephone)
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Enforcing site rules politely but firmly when required
- Carrying out evening patrols and being available for on-call duties
- Cleaning toilet/shower blocks to a consistently high standard
- Undertaking maintenance and gardening tasks i.e grass cutting, hedge cutting
- Assisting with general site upkeep (driving machinery required) and monitoring facilities
- Working closely with the park`s management and team members
- Maintaining a positive, proactive, and helpful attitude at all times
- Supporting colleagues with a `muck in` approach when needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Computer literate (desktop), with confidence in handling online booking systems and emails
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fit, active, and capable of carrying out cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving license required
- Reliable, trustworthy, and flexible
- Friendly and approachable with a welcoming manner
- Enthusiastic with a positive `can-do` attitude
- Able to remain calm under pressure and deal with situations tactfully
