Hall & Woodhouse is the Dorset based brewer that owns over 150 high end pub restaurants and inns throughout the South of England. Founded in 1777 we are a family owned company that blends the best traditional values with a progressive and inclusive approach to business. We are recruiting a General Manager to lead our fabulous team in an amazing premium pub.

Acquired by Hall & Woodhouse in February 2022, the Red Barn sat on the glorious sands rky and uber cool, generations of holiday makers and surfing locals made the former Red Barn the place to see and be seen. Now part of the Hall & Woodhouse family of exceptional destination pubs, the landmark venue benefits from a magic sprinkle of warm H&W Hospitality;

• A highly experienced General Manager with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• One who understands and can manage the additional challenges of a seasonal destination business with very high peaks
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing low season trade
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
