Front of House Manager

Location: Blidworth

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join our team at our busy family-run country pub in Blidworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team whilst maintaining high levels of service.

Key responsibilities include;

* Managing, leading and motivating the front of house team.

* Overseeing daily service across the bar and restaurant

* Preparing staff rotas and managing staffing levels.

* Oversee opening and closing procedures.

* Training and developing team members.

* Maintaining high standards of customer services, cleanliness and presentation.

* Handing customer queries and resolving any issues/complaints professionally.

* Managing stock, ordering and operational duties.

* Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.

The ideal candidate;

* Previous experience in a hospitality management role.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.

* Confident in leading and managing a team.

* Able to work well under pressure in a busy environment.

* Professional, reliable and enthusiastic.

* Driving license and access to own transport, due to location.
