Food & Beverage Operations Manager - Multi-Site & Events
We are looking for an experienced food and hospitality specialist to take the lead on a varied and growing food operation, overseeing several different hospitality settings and a busy programme of private events.
From casual pub and café service to more refined dining experiences, private functions and exclusive dinners, this role offers an opportunity to work across a broad range of food and hospitality operations.
You will be the person bringing everything together: making sure the right people, plans and resources are in place, identifying opportunities to develop the offering and ensuring that every operation runs effectively, commercially and to a high standard.
We are looking for someone who combines a genuine understanding of food with strong organisational and project management abilities. Someone who can move comfortably between the creative and commercial sides of hospitality, take ownership of projects and turn ideas into reality.
The Position- Oversee food and beverage operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, quality and commercial performance.
- Develop and evolve food offerings across different settings, including casual dining, cafés, pubs and high-end dining.
- Plan, coordinate and deliver private events, functions, bespoke dinners and seasonal food experiences.
- Manage projects from initial concept and planning through to implementation and delivery.
- Work closely with chefs, suppliers, operational teams and senior management to coordinate activity and achieve objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency and introduce new hospitality experiences.
- Develop relationships with local producers and suppliers, encouraging the use of seasonal and sustainably sourced ingredients.
- Ensure effective planning, resource allocation and operational delivery across all venues.
We are interested in someone who has built their career around food and hospitality, but whose strengths extend beyond the kitchen. You might be an experienced hospitality manager, food entrepreneur, private chef with wider operational experience, multi-site food manager or someone who has successfully developed and delivered food-led projects.
You will ideally have:
- A strong professional background in food, catering or hospitality.
- Experience working across different food concepts, venues or hospitality settings.
- Excellent project management, planning and organisational skills.
- Experience coordinating private events, functions or high-end dining experiences.
- A good understanding of commercial operations, budgets and business development.
- The confidence to work with different teams, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- A creative and practical mindset, with the ability to take ownership and deliver results.
If you have a strong food background, enjoy bringing people and projects together and thrive on having a varied remit, we'd be very interested in hearing from you.
