Electrician

Position: Electrician (Permanent)
Location: Kenwyn

I am looking for an Electrician to join a Social Housing contractor across Cornwall. The Electrician will be responsible for day to day repairs and fixing across domestic properties.

This role offers a Van & Fuel card.

Electrician Job role details:

Deliver works such as rewires, remedial works and day to day responsive repairs maintenance.
Participate in the potential ‘out of hour’s service delivery on a rota basis to ensure electrical issues are dealt with promptly.
Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any property related issues are highlighted and resolved promptly.
Undertake any required repairs in order to maintain high levels of safety, security and working conditions across properties.
What is required for the Electrician role:

18th edition is a MUST
desirable
Social housing experience
Full driving licence
