Domestic Plumber - Lincoln - Social Housing
Salary: £31,500 per annum
R9 Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Domestic Plumber to join our Social Housing Clients team in Lincoln. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work in domestic environments.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out all necessary plumbing repairs and maintenance
- Install and repair a variety of plumbing fixtures
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve plumbing issues efficiently
- Participate in the out‑of‑hours call‑out rota
- Qualified and experienced in plumbing, with relevant certification
- Clean and valid driving licence
- Willingness to commit to an out‑of‑hours call‑out rota
- Clean DBS check
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach
