About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established automotive team in the Bournemouth area. The organisation is a leading motor retailer in the South and South-West, known for delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong partnerships with manufacturers across multiple sites.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you will carry out a wide range of workshop tasks efficiently, safely, and to high technical standards. You'll be key to meeting customer expectations while ensuring the workshop operates at maximum productivity.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Completing vehicle servicing and repairs in line with technical and quality standards.
• Following all internal workshop and dealership processes.
• Communicating directly with customers when required.
• Supporting and advising less experienced technicians.
• Attending regular technical training and development sessions.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant working environment.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ qualifications.
• Previous experience working within a franchised dealership or similar environment.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a valid MOT Tester qualification.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (1-hour lunch break)
