My client has an estate of over 10 acres and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Assistant to help with maintenance tasks. In this role you will carry out planned, preventative and routine maintenance of the estate. You will be assisting other trades with plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating etc. so you will need to be able to demonstrate and have experience in basic plumbing, drain clearance, lamp changing and carpentry skills.
