What You'll Do Lead and support installation and service teams across UK predominantly with some international projects.

Carry out installation, servicing, and fault diagnosis on automated loading systems.

Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Interpret engineering drawings and schematics to deliver precise installations.

Maintain accurate service documentation and provide professional client handovers.

Coordinate with project managers to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.

What You'll Bring Proven experience in service, installation, or maintenance of industrial or automated systems.

Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience—able to guide and motivate teams.

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a mechanical discipline.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to read technical drawings.

Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.

A customer-focused, safety-first approach.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel (up to 50%).
