Labourer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

About the Role We are looking for reliable and hardworking labourers to join our construction teams across Wiltshire. This role involves supporting site operations, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain work areas, including clearing debris and setting up equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials safely around the site.
• Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks and tool handling.
• Mix and prepare building materials such as concrete and mortar.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain cleanliness and remove hazards on site.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and tools.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Valid CSCS card (essential for most sites).
• Commitment to health and safety standards.
