DCS are currently recruiting tilers/floor layers in central Manchester.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in cap & cove vinyl flooring, including screeding and hot welding
• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Flooring Installation
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism
• Adherence to all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
• Working efficiently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Communicating effectively with site managers and other trades.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a professional Floor Layer, with a strong portfolio of work in domestic settings, particularly kitchens, bathrooms, and wetrooms.
• Demonstrable expertise in both screeding and the installation of various flooring types.
• Proven competence in wetroom flooring installation, including precise cap and cove techniques.
• Proficiency in sub-floor preparation, including damp proofing and levelling compounds.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
