Cscs Labourer

We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our site, supporting the smooth operation of daily activities. Responsibilities

• Assisting with loading and unloading materials, ensuring safe handling at all times
• Supporting the organisation and tidiness of work areas to maintain health and safety standards
• Assisting tradespeople and other team members with their tasks as required
• Moving materials, equipment, and supplies around the site efficiently and safely
• Preparing sites for work activities, including setting up barriers or safety signage where necessary
• Following all health and safety protocols diligently during daily operations
• Reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• CSCS Card
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a manual labour environment
• Willingness to undertake training in health and safety standards and equipment use
• A positive attitude and readiness to learn new skills
