Our client is a long-established and highly respected manufacturing business, renowned for delivering bespoke solutions to leading names across the retail and food & beverage sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their close-knit engineering team.
In this hands-on role, you will be instrumental in keeping production running at peak performance.

As the Electrical Maintenance Technician, your duties will be:

- Proactively maintaining, fault-finding, and improving a range of production machinery to ensure downtime is kept to a minimum.
Oversee installation and ongoing maintenance of production equipment.
Perform electrical and mechanical calculations and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out effective fault finding.
Participate in overtime and emergency callouts as required.
75% Electrical / 25% Mechanical.
The successful Electrical Maintenance Technician will have the following skills:

- Minimum of 3 years experience within an Electrical Maintenance role.
Level 3 Electrical qualification (NVQ/Diploma or equivalent)
18th Edition is desirable.
Knowledge of current UK electrical/industry standards.
Proven fault finding and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
Must be flexible to overtime and emergency call outs (additional payments given)
