About the Role:

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Plasterer multi to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out a variety of plastering upgrades for tenanted properties across South Birmingham.

Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied and void properties.

Complete full works required including bond, boarding, skimming, dabbing, attending to damp & mould ensuring health and safety processes are adhered to.

Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

NVQ or City & Guilds L2 or time served

Previous experience in plastering across social housing or private

Strong communication and customer service skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
