• You like mixing things up. Every day is a little different—servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks. You will also manage stock, do your reporting, and keep customer conversations flowing.
• You think on your feet. You'll be trusted to make the right call for each customer, handling different fixes and faces and new challenges every day.
  Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

• A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000 and optional overtime/bonus opportunities.
• Guaranteed overtime option: increase base salary to £44,385 plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities.
• 40‑hour week, core hours 8:30 am–5:00 pm, with one Saturday per four weeks.
• Own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools and diagnostics kit provided from day one.
