Hours:

Monday to Friday 5.00am - 1.30pm

The role

Delivering and installing white goods, inventory, and furnishings to properties across our client's portfolio.

Key responsibilities
  • Liaising with Housing Officers to ensure deliveries are done on time.
  • Notify team leaders immediately of any concerns within the property.
  • Deliver, assemble and install all goods.
  • Ensure that you leave all properties safe and clean.
  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.
  • Keep up to date with all written and verbal communications.
  • Ensure all records are maintained and kept up to date.
  • Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard.
  • Notify the team leader on site if you are unable to complete any jobs.
  • Maintain a good understanding of the legislation of the contract.
  • Document and feedback non completed defects to management.
  • Return completed paperwork to the team leader as directed.
  • Acknowledge dispersals when they come through.
  • Any other duties within the scope of responsibility and ability, as required.
Experience and skills required
  • Experience of installation of white goods.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Competent in the use of MS Office.
  • A full, UK driving licence.
