We are looking for an experienced and proactive Labourer to join our dynamic site team to maintain clean, safe, and efficient sites of our leading developer in Wantage.

• Maintaining site cleanliness, managing waste, and clearing plots to support the sub‑contractors and site management team.
• Carrying out basic making‑good tasks, minor carpentry adjustments, mastic touching‑up, and protecting finished fixtures.
• Assisting with the safe unloading and distribution of building materials across the site.
• Ensuring all walkways and fire escapes remain clear and adhering strictly to site safety rules.

• Valid CSCS Card Green Labourer
• Proven experience working as a Labourer on busy residential construction sites.
• Strong reliability, a hard‑working ethos, and excellent teamwork skills.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high‑vis, steel toe cap boots).
