Caretaker, Building Maintenance, General Labor

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for Caretakers to begin work for a well-established company in the Bournemouth area.

About the role:

• Working Hours - 52 Hours a week
• Pay Rate - 30,519 - 33,699 per annum
• Carrying out routine and preventative maintenance, including general repairs, plumbing, carpentry, site security, waste disposal, outdoor maintenance, setting up rooms for exams/events, and supporting health & safety compliance.
• Long-term work for the right candidate
• Start: ASAP

About You:

• High work ethic & team player
• Punctual & reliable
• Physically robust, honest and flexible
• You must have experience in maintenance repairs and the use of hand tools
• Driving Licence essential
• Knowledge of plumbing/electrical works desirable
• GCSE Level 2 Maths and English desirable
• Enhanced DBS
