Welfare Cleaner​/General Labourer

VGC Group are currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner/Labourer to join a project based in Saxmundham, Suffolk.

This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard‑working labourer looking for work, and to gain experience with a Tier 1 client. We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a team, and support site operations to keep the project running safely and efficiently.

Pay Rate: £15.23 per hour PAYE

Lodge and Travel is not available for this role.

• Assisting trades and site management with general labouring duties
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe at all times
• Cleaning welfare areas
• Using the company vehicle to drive between sites
• Moving materials and equipment around the site
• Supporting with general site set‑up and maintenance
• Following all site health and safety procedures
• Carrying out any other general site duties as required

• A valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience in this role or similar
• A good work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good punctuality and reliability
• Right to work in the UK
• Full UK Driving Licence
