Maintenance Carpenter - High-End Residential (City of London)
Experienced Maintenance Carpenter required for high-end residential projects across West, Central and North London. Working on luxury properties, delivering high-quality carpentry and plumbing maintenance work.
Key Duties:
- Plumbing, minor electrical and painting tasks
- Carpentry, joinery, cabinetry, door installation & repairs
- Flooring, maintenance, snagging, general handyman works
- Working independently in client-facing environments
Requirements:
- Proven high-end residential experience
- Multi-trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, maintenance)
- Own tools + full UK driving licence
- Reliable, professional and able to work alone
Details:
- 50,000 - 55,000
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Company van provided
- Immediate start
