Lead AV Installer / Technician - Dallas, TX

Compensation: $55,000 - $80,000 + Overtime + Full Package

We're looking for a top-tier AV Installer / Technician who takes pride in clean, high-quality work and wants to be part of a team delivering high-end residential and commercial AV systems.
This is an opportunity to work on complex, rewarding projects, not repetitive basic installs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Installing AV systems including audio, video, control, and networking
• Pre-wire through trim-out on residential and/or commercial sites
• Building and dressing equipment racks to a high standard
• Installing structured cabling (Cat6, fiber)
• Mounting displays, speakers, and hardware
• Testing, troubleshooting, and system commissioning
• Supporting clients with walkthroughs and system demos

What We're Looking For

• 3-8+ years AV installation experience
• Strong knowledge of:
• AV systems & integration
• Structured cabling & low voltage
• Rack building and job site best practices
• Experience with systems such as Crestron, Control4, Lutron preferred
• Ability to work independently or lead small teams
• Pride in clean installs and attention to detail

Bonus:

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$55K - $80K (depending on experience)
