Randstad UK CPE Team is looking to onboard a labourer for our ongoing residential project in Swindon.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Labourer to support a busy residential construction site in Swindon. This is a vital role ensuring the site remains safe, tidy, and efficient to allow skilled trades to meet their deadlines.

• Maintaining site cleanliness and clearing debris to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assisting skilled trades (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.) with the movement of materials.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Basic site setup and fencing/signage maintenance.
• Adhering strictly to site Health and Safety protocols and wearing full PPE at all times.

• Valid CSCS Card.
• Full PPE (Hard hat, high‑vis vest/jacket, steel toe/cap boots).
• Proven reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation to reach the site.
• Previous experience on a residential new‑build site.
