JIB Electrician

Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are currently looking for a JIB Approved Electrician for a permanent position for a client based in the Nottinghamshire area.

This will involve working away from home.

Rate of pay is 20.08 per hour

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical services across a wide range of client sites throughout the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical installation works
• Electrical testing, inspection, and verification
• Planned and reactive maintenance
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Structured cabling installations
• Participating in an on-call rota
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with current regulations

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or completed Electrical Apprenticeship
• 18th Edition BS7671 Qualification
• 2391, 2394/2395, or equivalent Inspection & Testing Qualification
• Valid JIB Grading Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK

While not essential, the following would be advantageous:

• BS5266 Emergency Lighting Qualification
• IPAF Certification
• PASMA Certification
• Experience with structured cabling systems
