Multi Skilled Electrician

About the Role

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. As a Multi‑Skilled Electrician, you'll be working in customers' homes, helping to maintain and improve housing stock, including upgrading older properties to modern standards. A big part of your work will focus on planned kitchen and bathroom programmes and carrying out all electrical work needed for upgrades.

• Planning and carrying out kitchen and bathroom electrical programmes
• Changing consumer units
• Testing and inspection work
• Wiring and rewiring tasks
• Carrying out repairs and improvements in occupied homes

• Strong experience in electrical repairs and maintenance
• Confident working in occupied homes and engaging with customers
• Ability to carry out testing, fault finding and installation work to a high standard
• Experience working in social housing or with older housing stock (ideal)
• Enjoys working as part of a team alongside other trades

• Basic plumbing, carpentry or plastering (valued)

• Relevant electrical qualifications (see Job Description for details)
• Valid driving licence (a van will be provided)

• Full‑time permanent role (40 hours per week)
• Competitive salary of £38,974 per annum
• Work van and fuel card provided
• Uniform and all tools supplied
• Basic DBS check covered by the employer

Office base in Swansea with most work covering Neath Port Talbot to Haverfordwest. Monday to Friday working, with the option of compressed hours on a 9‑day fortnight.
