Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Solar Panel Installer (Lead Roofer) to join our growing team  will work in a team of two, delivering high-quality solar PV installations across London and surrounding areas.

• Install and maintain solar PV systems on domestic properties
• Safely run and connect DC cables
• Load and unload materials on site
• Provide essential support to electricians during installations
• Work at heights on various roof types
• String and arrange panels according to design specifications
• Collaborate closely with your teammate to complete projects efficiently and on time

• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience installing solar panels on various roof materials
• Proven experience working at heights
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Pride in workmanship and genuine care for customer service
• Passion for renewable energy

Starting salary from £42,000 per year (depending on experience)
