Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolders (Part 1, 2, and Advanced levels) with valid CISRS and CSCS Cards, alongside qualified HGV Drivers to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures safely and efficiently across various sites in North/Mid Wales. A strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards is essential.

- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications
- Inspecting scaffolding for stability and safety before use
- Assisting with the installation of temporary work platforms and access routes
- Ensuring all scaffolding components are correctly assembled using hand tools and power tools
- Collaborating with other trades such as carpenters, roofers, plumbers, masons, welders, and electricians to facilitate construction activities
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Operating HGVs for transporting scaffolding materials or other construction-related deliveries where applicable
- Adhering to all health and safety policies on-site at all times
- Proven experience in scaffolding (Part 1, 2 or Advanced levels) or relevant construction roles.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools associated with scaffolding assembly and disassembly
- Valid HGV licence with experience driving large vehicles within construction environments is desirable
- Familiarity with health and safety standards related to working at height and on construction sites
Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. All roles are paid positions suitable for those eager to develop their careers within the scaffolding industry.
Weekly attendance Bonus to be added (Optional Weekends and any work after agreed hours to be Time and a half) PAYE + Pension scheme.
