About the Role

Amrize Construction is hiring a Seasonal Grademan in Saskatoon, SK. This full‑time seasonal role involves performing various manual labor duties on construction sites, including checking grades, minor truck and equipment maintenance, and completing pre and post‑trip inspections. The Grademan will also assist with site cleanup and other tasks as needed while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

• Perform pre and post‑trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Conduct minor truck and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Check grades on construction sites to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Clean up sites, including shoveling, raking, and sweeping.
• Assist with other labor duties as required to support the team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and areas.
• Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Work Experience: Experience in checking grades and hauling trailers.

  Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

  Knowledge of construction practices is an asset.
• Travel Requirements: Frequent travel between job sites within the City of Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
• Additional Requirements:
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks, including crouching, bending, lifting, and kneeling.
  • Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction practices.
  • Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize‑approved PPE.
