On behalf of our client,
MPA Recruitment Ballymena is currently recruiting a Skilled Labourer to join an established construction and maintenance team based in Castledawson.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, labouring or property maintenance who is looking for long term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The successful candidate will support a range of maintenance, refurbishment and repair projects across both occupied and void properties, working alongside experienced tradespeople within a busy and supportive team.

• £13.50 to £14.50 per hour depending on experience
• Temporary to permanent opportunity

• Carry out general labouring and site support duties
• Assist with property maintenance and repair works
• Complete basic plastering, patching, painting and snagging tasks
• Support joiners, plumbers and other trades on site
• Work across both occupied and void properties
• Ensure work areas remain clean, safe and organised
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timescales

• Previous experience in construction, labouring or maintenance
• Ability to carry out a range of practical tasks
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• CSR card desirable
• Full driving licence desirable but not essential

• Plastering, joinery or painting experience
• Property maintenance or refurbishment background
• Experience working on housing projects or building sites
• Multi skilled experience across different trades
