The Role:
- Lead the installation and commissioning of audio-visual systems across client sites nationwide
- Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations on hardware, software, and project requirements
- Carry out AV installations including cabling, displays, conferencing systems, and digital signage solutions
- Manage subcontractors and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Provide technical support, fault finding, and programming assistance across audio, lighting, and control systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience installing AV systems and hardware
- Strong knowledge of LCD, LED, video conferencing, video over IP, and video matrix systems
- Experience with AV fault finding, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of IT networking within AV environments
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
- CSCS or ECS Card
- IPAF and PASMA
- Experience with Q-SYS, BI-AMP, or Crestron systems
- First Aid Qualification
