The Role:

• Lead the installation and commissioning of audio-visual systems across client sites nationwide
• Conduct site surveys and provide recommendations on hardware, software, and project requirements
• Carry out AV installations including cabling, displays, conferencing systems, and digital signage solutions
• Manage subcontractors and installation partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
• Provide technical support, fault finding, and programming assistance across audio, lighting, and control systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience installing AV systems and hardware
• Strong knowledge of LCD, LED, video conferencing, video over IP, and video matrix systems
• Experience with AV fault finding, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of IT networking within AV environments
• Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable:

• CSCS or ECS Card
• IPAF and PASMA
• Experience with Q-SYS, BI-AMP, or Crestron systems
• First Aid Qualification
