Labourer​/Modular Building Operative

Overview

Pertemps North Midlands is recruiting a Labourer / Modular Building Operative to join a client s team in Mansfield. This full-time, permanent role pays £28,000–£28,028 per annum, equating to £14.00 per hour. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm, and Friday, 7:30am–2:30pm.

• Assisting with the assembly of modular buildings.
• Carrying out basic joinery and fitting work.
• Installing fixtures and fittings.
• Using a range of hand and power tools safely.
• Supporting skilled trades where required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Completing work to a high standard of quality.

• Previous labouring or construction experience.
• Basic joinery or fitting experience would be advantageous.
• Good practical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential.

• £14.00 per hour.
• Choice of weekly or monthly pay.
• Ongoing support from the Pertemps team, 24/7.
• Early finish every Friday.
