Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England, providing quality low‑cost housing across the North West and East Midlands. The Asset Management department has 600 employees and focuses on property‑based services, including maintenance, refurbishment and building safety.

The role involves maintaining and redecorating both the interior and exterior of properties. The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring high standards, cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Fully qualified painter and decorator with NVQ or equivalent, or demonstrable significant relevant experience.

Competitive salary of £31,574 to £33,884 per year. Full‑time, permanent position with 24 days holiday per annum plus 3 days for Christmas closure and additional days after 2 years continuous service.
