Introduction

MC Construction are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Joiner to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry while gaining practical experience and achieving a recognised Level 2 Carpentry and Joinery qualification with Salford City College.

• Assist experienced joiners with a variety of carpentry and joinery tasks
• Learn how to measure, cut and install timber products accurately
• Support the construction and installation of doors, frames, skirting boards, flooring and other wooden fixtures
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and correctly
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working space
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times
• Load and unload materials and assist with site preparation
• Work alongside other trades and members of the construction team
• Attend Salford City College on a day release and complete all apprenticeship coursework and assessments
