We're seeking two qualified Mobile Electricians to join a leading facilities management team supporting commercial properties across London and the South East.

You'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, testing, and inspections across a portfolio of commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems, including:
- Lighting systems
- Power distribution
- Control systems
- Conduct electrical inspections, testing, and certification in line with BS 7671 regulations
- Complete all work safely and in accordance with health and safety procedures
- Work with permits to work, POWRAs, and company compliance processes
- Provide excellent customer service to site stakeholders
- Travel between multiple commercial sites within your designated region
Essential Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- AM2 Qualification
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- 2391 Inspection & Testing
- F-Gas or Air Conditioning qualifications
- Facilities Management (FM) experience
- Commercial building maintenance experience
- Fire alarm systems knowledge
- Emergency lighting experience

Due to a combination of staff absence and new contract mobilisations, additional engineering resource is required across the South East region. Successful candidates will support existing engineering teams to maintain service delivery across multiple commercial client sites.
Ideal CandidateYou will be a proactive and reliable electrician with strong fault-finding abilities who enjoys working independently across multiple locations. You'll be comfortable managing your own workload, prioritising tasks, and maintaining high safety standards while delivering excellent service to clients and stakeholders.
