Sub Contract Solar Team – Overview

We are a fast‑growing Solar Installation company in the UK looking to extend our subcontract network. Although the role is subcontract, you will be a permanent member of our team and we guarantee you a 5‑day work week.

The work is labour‑only. You will work within the North West, receiving a job schedule a week in advance. We have secured two long‑term contracts with major Energy Companies, focusing largely on these projects.

We install roughly 150 Solar PV systems per month. Every job is technically surveyed and you are provided a full installation pack with floor plans, roof measurements and a detailed design. All materials are delivered to site and scaffolding is set up beforehand, so you can start the install immediately upon arrival.

Within a 2‑3 man team (typically Electrician + Roofer), you will install one job per day (up to about 12 panels, some with battery, some solar only). You will need a Full UK Driving Licence and your own transport.

• Electrician – 18th Edition, 2391, BPEC Level 3 for Solar
• Own transport (not signed written), insurance and tools

• £1,000 per install
• One job per day, 5 days per week
