Full‑time on‑site role based near Newbury for a Soft Landscaping Crew Leader. The Crew Leader will be responsible for the successful installation of our landscaping projects. This is a hands‑on role requiring leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent results.

• Lead a team in carrying out daily site activities, laying turf and installing planting schemes as per site plans.
• Organise daily tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently and to programme.
• Sign off daily works and return all required paperwork to the Line Manager.
• Carry out ground preparation works.
• Plant shrubs and trees in accordance with site drawings and planting plans.
• Lay turf and create seedbeds and wildflower areas.
• Accurately read and work from site plans and drawings.
• Ensure all health & safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.

• Previous experience in the landscaping and/or construction industry.
• Strong plant knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and execute work efficiently.
• Confident leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Full driving licence (essential).

• Salary up to £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
• Enhanced annual leave for 2+ years of service.
• Use of company vehicle for travelling to and from work.
• Extended Christmas shutdown.
