Seasonal Field Operative / Potato Harvest Crew

No experience is required—just a great attitude and physical fitness.
Pay & Hours- Standard Rate: £13.50 per hour
- Overtime Rate: £18.00 per hour
- Typical Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with some weekend work required depending on the weather)
- Morning Break: 15 minutes (Paid)
- Lunch Break: 30 minutes (Unpaid)
- Late Afternoon Break: 15 minutes (Paid)
- Standing on mechanical harvesters to sort and grade potatoes on a moving conveyor belt.
- Removing stones, soil clods, and damaged crop from the line.
- Helping prepare, load, and secure potato crates for transport.
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions as part of a friendly, hard-working team.
- Physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods and walking on uneven ground.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player (we depend on each other to keep the harvest moving!).
- Have your own transport to get to the farms or our Grange stone base.
- Outdoor workwear and sturdy boots are essential.
